Arteespinarugs.co.uk strive to provide the very best service.

If you are not satisfied with your rug for any reason, contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange pickup and exchange/refund. We will promptly arrange the collection at a cost of £23.50

All returns must be packaged as received and product as new, or a full refund will not be given. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification of the cancellation, all cancelled orders will incur a £8 admin fee. Any orders sent outside of the UK Mainland are non returnable.

If there is a fault with your rug or you have received the wrong product, then please contact us immediately and we will arrange collection free of charge.
