Arteespinarugs.co.uk strive to provide the very best service.

If you are not satisfied with your rug for any reason, contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange pickup and exchange/refund. We will promptly arrange the collection at a cost of £23.50

All returns must be packaged as received and product as new, or a full refund will not be given. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification of the cancellation. Any orders sent outside of the UK Mainland are non returnable.

If there is a fault with your rug or you have received the wrong product, then please contact us immediately and we will arrange collection free of charge.
